Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Photos of the product

Photos of the shipping box and packaging

If approved, we may offer:

A replacement product

Store credit

A refund at our discretion

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once production or packaging has begun, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

Natural Variations

Because all products are handmade, slight variations in:

Color

Appearance

Wax decorations

Frosting or texture

are normal and do not qualify for refunds or replacements.
