Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days.

Custom or personalized items may require additional processing time.

During holidays, sales events, or high-volume periods, processing times may be longer.

Shipping

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

We currently ship within the United States.

Warm Weather Shipping

Candles are sensitive to heat. During warmer months, packages may be exposed to high temperatures during transit. While we carefully package all orders, Little Paws Candles is not responsible for melting caused by extreme weather conditions after the package has been shipped.

Incorrect Addresses

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. Little Paws Candles is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
